 I had to see it for myself. Thanks to NTEB on Youtube shows this video of the Violence breaking out in Cairo, Egypt. Watch closely and you will see the ghostly image of a pale green horseman riding across the scene before disappearing into the rioting crowds. Just a flare from the fire and explosions, or has the fourth horseman of Revelation been released? You decide.
